So how do you love yourself?

I recently came across the following passage, which is written by author Louise Hay, and wanted to share it with you.

So how do you love yourself?

First of all and most importantly cease all criticism of yourself and others. Accept yourself as you are. Praise yourself as much as you can. Criticism breaks down the inner spirit, praise builds it up. Look into a mirror often and simply say I LOVE YOU, I REALLY LOVE YOU. It may be difficult at first, but keep practicing and soon you will mean and feel what you say. This process will help you get in touch with your true self. Love yourself as much as you can and all of life will mirror this love back to you.

By consistently practicing at and nurturing the love of ourselves we open the doors to an abundance of good in our lives. You are a beautiful creation of a loving universe and infinitely deserving of love, peace of mind and self esteem exactly as you are.

The Clay of Life

When you are thinking, you are ‘moulding the clay’ of future experience - shaping your life.

Your life does not just happen. You are the creator of your experience. Whatever you choose to hold in your mind, is moulded into existence by God/Universal Law. If you are constantly thinking ‘I don’t have enough money,’ then so be it. If you are thinking ‘ I have plenty of money, I am blessed,’ then so be it.

God is not judge saying “I’ll give this person this or this person that.”

God/Law is all lovingly, all powerfully answering every thought/prayer with the corresponding experience.

So think -

Prosperity not poverty

Peace not war

Love not hate…

and mould your Life into what you want and not what you don’t want.
